The Strategy working group meets at least twice a year. The chairman of the group who is also the president of the Federation may organize other conference meetings in case of necessity. The members are: the ESF president, the vice presidents, the past president, the secretary and the chairs of the different working committees.
 
The Strategy committee gives the goals to the other committees for the benefit of the sign industry, as developing European standards. It has also the charge to organize relationship with the other partners, in the sign industry, Medias, exhibition organizations, central administrations, international federations.
 
The committee’s chairman is in charge of communicating the proposals to the board for approval.
